I partnered with Surf Stop to create a hand-lettered T-shirt design for their annual Small Business Saturday event. In contrast to the consumer-driven Black Friday weekend, Surf Stop closes its doors on Black Friday as a way to boycott big-box and corporate shopping and encourage the community to shop local instead. The following day, they host a local market featuring independent artists, makers, and small businesses. The shirt features “Support Your Local Everything” on the back and “Surf Stop” on the front, creating a bold, community-focused design that reflects the spirit of the event. The tee was sold at the market and later expanded into stickers and magnets, allowing the artwork to live on across multiple products.
